Day 1: Friday, August 29th¡Bienvendios a México! Plan to arrive in Guadalajara and check in to our boutique city center hotel! After you get settled, explore the city or relax at the hotel before our welcome dinner at one of Guadalajara’s best restaurants!

Day 2: Saturday, August 30thTequila anyone? Today we’re getting on the Jose Cuervo Express Train to Tequila, Mexico! We’ll get to enjoy tequila tastings on the train and the scenic views of Mexico!
Once we’re in Tequila, Mexico, we’ll tour the town and enjoy lunch! Next we’ll get to experience one of the most unique hotels in Mexico and stay in GIANT aging tequila barrels that have been converted into hotel rooms. Tonight we’ll enjoy dinner at the tavern restaurant that is 50ft underground!
We will be sharing hotel rooms at the barrel hotel (2 people per room). If you would like your own hotel room, please select it as an add on at check out.

Day 3: Sunday, August 31stThis morning we’ll have breakfast at the barrel hotel and of course, more tequila! We'll get to tour and taste at the on site tequila distillery. Then we'll grab our bags and take our private transportation back to Guadalajara. Once we arrive, the rest of the day is yours to enjoy the local markets, museums, food, or relax at the hotel!

Day 4: Monday, September 1stWe made it to the last day! After breakfast we’ll head to the airport with tequila filled memories and a new HBCU fam!

Arrival and departures flights will be from Guadalajara International Airport (GDL). Flights are not included in the trip price. Please book your spot on the trip BEFORE you book your flight!
In Guadalajara, we are staying at a boutique hotel in Centro (Downtown). Everyone will have their own room at this hotel.
In Tequila, we are staying at the famous tequila barrel hotel. We are sharing rooms at this hotel (2 people to a room).
Yes! If you would like your room at the tequila barrel hotel, you can add it on at check out. Everyone will have their own room in Guadalajara.
