Day 1: Wednesday, May 27thBienvenidos a Mexico! Plan to arrive at 10am or later and check in to our all inclusive resort! Once you drop your bags you can head straight to the bar and beach! Tonight is the all white party so dress to impress!

Day 2: Thursday, May 28thYacht Party! After breakfast we'll head to the yacht club for our private charter! You can snorkle, swim, and enjoy drinks on the water! Once we make it back to the hotel you can enjoy the hotel amenities, head out for an excursion, or explore the Cancún!

Day 3: Friday, May 29thGrab your swimsuits because today is the Pink Party! We'll all take our pics then head to the pool for our pink day party! After the party we'll have our last night dinner as a group!

Day 4: Saturday, May 30thWe made it to the last day! After breakfast we'll check out and head to the airport! You'll leave with unforgettable memories and a new HBCU family to take you into your post HBCU grads journey!

This trip is for seniors from any HBCU! However, we welcome all Black travelers on our trips so if you currently attend a PWI you are welcome to join us as well!
We are staying at Hotel Riu Caribe, (or similar) an all inclusive, 5 star, beach front resort in Cancún, Mexico!
The Double Occupancy option is 2 people sharing a room. The Single Occupancy option is your own room. If you choose Double Occupancy you can write your roommate’s name at check out. If you do not have a roommate we will match you with another guest on the trip!
Arrival: Airport pick ups start at 10am on Wednesday, May 28th and will run until every traveler has been picked up. Hotel check in is at 3pm. If you arrive before check in you will be able to store your bags and enjoy the resort until your room is ready!
Departure: Airport drop offs will start as early as needed on Saturday, May 31st and will run until hotel check out at 11am. If you have a much later flight and would not like to wait at the airport, we can help you arrange a later airport transfer time at an additional cost.
Flights are NOT included in the trip cost. Guests are responsible for booking their own flight. Please book arriving and departing flights from Aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún (CUN). Please do not purchase airfare until you have received a confirmation for your deposit payment.
Arrival and departures flights will be from Aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún (CUN).

There are no vaccinations required for this trip.
YES, a passport is required for entry into Mexico!
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in the event that you are unable to attend the trip. You can compare options and purchase travel insurance here.
This trip is non-refundable. Once the deposit is made we will be unable to return any funds. If you are unable to attend the trip after starting your payments, we can stop your payment plan and you can use the funds that have already been paid toward this trip on a future En Root Travel trip within a year.
